Here all the details are fetched to show you the analytics on the total number of project in TAC, name of those projects, team members assigned to those projects/ tasks, opened / closed dates, number of member involved, no of tickets filed/opened/closed/ etc.
Set on call list
You can set a call list of the key resources with (on call attender number / manager number / owner number) for the clients to connect immediately on any critical issues or for a immediate fixes. The clients can just dial in or send a text message via the tool’s emergency call options / Send SMS to get connected with the project`s key person and resolve the case.
