Cases (Tasks)

Cases (Tasks) – you can add and review cases. You can add multiple cases by clicking add case button and assign them single or multiple members in the team. You also have an option to hide some specific comments from the customer. Were only the assigned or any of your team member could view it.

Segregate cases – You can filter the cases to single team member / all the cases assigned to anyone and for a past (cases that are due) / anytime

Timeline

The Project Timeline allows project managers to accurately review and manipulate the project timeline, continually showing the % status and the project/task delivery dates as the project progresses. You can use the timeline to estimate when a project will be completed at the outset, or to keep all stakeholders informed on progress during the project.

you can also edit the due date, add time budget in this area, and view the project budget hours, incurred hours and future scheduled hours in Hours/Days.

Files

Uploading and Managing Files

Files are always attached to either a comment/tasks, ensuring that only those People with permissions for those items will see the respective Files. To upload a new file, you can click “add an attachment” button below the text area (your comment) Ensure the file has completed uploading before switching to another page or closing your browser.

To View all Files of individual projects

The Files tab within a Project shows all of the Files that have been uploaded to Tasks or to the Project. You can even filter the files by week, month and year.
